Yes and no, this depends solely on how a person defines the word abuse. What the worldly people call abuse may or may not be abuse. Example if someone ask a question and that question is answered in truth. And the person asking the question doesn't approve the answer, at that point some people would consider it abuse. People today completely disregard free speech as a God given right.
