you can to my accounts ,, and they will lead you in the right direction... may i ask why you are paying yahoo for a mail account.. i have their e mail account ,,, but it is free... now yahoo has made some big changes in the last 6 months or so ,,, and i do not like it....
there are plenty of places to get free e mails.... the fire fox server is super great. and google...

something that happen to me 2 weeks ago ... i download ie7.. big mistake.. you could not access any thing ... ie e mail..
it was horrible what it did to e mails ...

took it off . ok now..

Look for a 'My Account' link on the Yahoo Mail page. There should be a billing information link somewhere on the page.

I am basing my answer on other e-mail accounts. I don't have Yahoo E-mail.
