you have tons of family overseas and live and work in America but prefer to go overseas because of the better lifestyle especially with family....i have 3 weeks paid vacation but feel i should be overseas for at least 2 months out of the year...anyone can give me advice on how I can handle the situation...thanks

I think you should start trying to find work in your home country. Otherwise if you can afford it, take a leave of absence from where you work. Talk to your boss. maybe you can work something out, maybe there is a slow time of year that you could get away with being gone for that length of time.
Could your family look for work for you? Or find an agent there?

well you could stay here and play/work by the rules here. or you could go overseas and stay there and live/work by those rules. you decide.
