Yes it is too early for another rabies shot!
If no one can provide you with a rabies certificate, why can't you just treat your dog's fleas yourself.

I would give my dog his own bath and not worry about another rabbie shot. There is a reason why the only give them once a year. But I really couldn't tell you if it would hurt your dog

I don't think it would hurt your dog. After I adopted my dog, who already had all of his shots, I was told they needed a serial number for the virus, which neither the shelter or the previous owner had. I needed this to get his city license and also to enroll him into obedience classes. My vet told me all they could do was give him another shot and although unnecessary, it would not hurt him. I adopted him in March and this was April, so, I trust my vet, I don't think it would hurt.

Usually rabies shots are good for 1 year but can be longer depending on strength of vaccination. Didn't you get a tag w/rabies vaccination # on it? You should ask a vet about effects of getting her another so soon...

Why, instead of going through all that just go to another place were they dip dogs, they also should of been able to tell you about the shot, they also charge way to much, call a dog groomer they will be able to assist you.
