My Fitness Plan:
Do 100 push-ups, and 50 sit-ups in the morning.
Do a mix of running and jogging for 2.5 miles after school.
Go to the wight room and alternate between arms and legs every other day.
and
Do 100 sit-ups and 50 push-ups before bed.

If i do this EVERY DAY will I loose weight and see the effects in 3 weeks?

number of reps for things like push ups and sit ups are going to change as you start doing them. You may start out doing a few sets of 30 sit ups at a time, and in a week or two, 30 sit ups will feel like nothing. Just keep increasing the number when you can. Push ups are similar, but try mixing them up a bit. For instance, for strength increase, do sets of very slow push ups. And to help yourself get cut, do a faster push up. Obviously the number of slow push ups wont be as high as the faster ones.

You will gain muscle which weighs 1.5 more than fat. Maybe you should work up to 300 sit ups, 200 push ups and 10 miles a day 5 days a week. You will end up looking like a big bouncer.

Unless you're already fit, you will possibly gain weight since muscle weighs more than fat. What you will notice is tighter skin, leaner muscle and probably a inch or so difference in measurments.
