i am not offended by you or your beliefs. the reason why people ask so many questions and disprove so many things is that if you beleieve in the bible, honestly believe in the bible then there is no way you can believe the book of mormon. people show all mromons proof to try and help them before they get to deep into it and either cant get out for fear of what the church will do to them, or cant see the falsehood presented to them.

I don't think you are evil and I don't hate you. And you can believe anything you want . But not a week goes by that a Jehovah's Witness or a couple of Morman guys don't come knocking on my door. It is getting annoying! What? am I living on some kind of training route for these people? I tell them " you don't come to my door and I won't come to yours". But that doesn't stop them. Back Off! If i want to know more about your religion I know where to find you.

Offended is the wrong word. Concerned is better. I know many wonderful Mormon people and I am concerned that they are unable to question their faith without being threatened. They are not free to consider the possibility that something is or is not true. If you REALLY want to know what bothers people about your faith, please put all the Mormon literature and "scripture" aside and read the Bible, which is the time-honored, widely-accepted Word of God. You will begin to see what a different religion you are in.

I don't think your evil. Some people think that you are evil because your religon is different from all the other religons that they know. They don't know anything about your religon because they do not ask questions. The last resaon they might think your evil is because of where you live. If you live in Texas they probably think bad about you except for some people.

You're not alone. People come to Yahoo Answers and say bad things about Catholics, Muslims, Jehovah Witnesses, and even athiests.
Don't be offended by what people say about your religion. Usually they're ignorant, biased, or just plain rude. It's their problem, not yours.

Stereotypes about mormons would do that. Also, that one south park episode did not put mormons guys in a good light. It was funny though. I personally do not like mormons because they tried to convert me once. They said that they weren't but come on, they were. >_>

You are not the problem. You seem to be sweet and sensitive.
Mormonism is offensive to Christians for a great number of reasons.
Read your Bible without reading the additional books of Mormonism, and you will see why.
Read the Gospel of John, and then read Galatians 1
If one calls themselves a Christian then one must believe in Jesus' teachings about Him being God.

I don't... Your beliefs and ways are your thing and none of my business. Doesn't affect my life so I don't have much of an opinion. I'd rather people didn't come "pushing" their religion at my door, but it doesn't happen often, not that big a deal then...

I met a couple of Mormons recently and almost immediately they began trying to shovel God in spades down my throat.
So rude.
