we have been friends for a long time and we are very close. But i dont want to make her feel creepy or weird, but i want to make her birthday special. What type of flowers would be best and how many?

we are not dating but she lives 1000 miles away soo its very hard but yet we are all but dating.

You are telling her that you fancy her in that note. She might not want another relationship right now and it could confuse her if she sees you as a friend. The flowers are a lovely idea and you seem lovely but its perhaps not the time to declare your affection for her. You can send the flowers but not say how you feel, just something like "I hope they brighten your day Love Kurtis. She will adore you for doing that. Given time you never know how she could feel about you. Chocolates would definitely not be better than flowers ignore Pavan's reply. Trust me, the flowers are the best choice.

Go on line and look at different arrangements. Surely she's told you what color she likes or a particular flower she likes. Go from there.
