i want to do it in a healthy and to keep it off.
plz help tips! what should i eat and do? plz thank you!

Healthy is 2 pounds a week and that only accounts for 8 pounds.
The good news is, that's a conservative figure and if your willing to
really work hard at it you can lose 13 pounds in a month.
The only way you safely loose weight is calories in, calories out
everything else comes from the south end of a northbound bull.
You need to cut down on calorie intake and increase both aerobic and bodybuilding regimes to assure a safe/max calorie burning schedule. Lots of water during this time and good healthy veg's and fruits(raw if possible). Get a trainer and see the Doc.

Drink alot of water (half your weight)a day; and eat lotsa protein & cut out ALL sweets & keep carbs down to 20 grams a day.
This way you lose fat,not muscle.

Sounds like a lot for one month, might unbalance your body functions.

work out 1 hour per day, eat lean protein and salad, and rice, and avoid candy and pasta
