where do you get aqua colored hair coloring?

i know you will say you hair stylist but im to lazy to go there and get it,..ive loked in stores and all they have is purple,black,brown,and blonde I WANT a aqua blue color,..like a light,baby blue

places ive tried:
target
k mart
wal mart
and thats it so far
i dont drive yet so its very hard for me to get around,..my parents are very lazy people too lol

also my hair is very frizzy,..if you know some good styling product that can help me tell me,..also i wanted to know how to grow my hair faster,..it takes a year to grown one inch ..i know ,sad lol

Try a Hot Topic or pick up Spiker Colorz (they have a cool blue colr!) at a salon.
