I Sometimes get Quiet and Nothing to say on the phone while talking to a dude. are you sometimes like that?

Yeah it is pretty common I would think.....if you don't know each other that well then it can be hard to think of things to say...or....if you spend alot of time together and experience the same things then there might not be anything new to talk about.....I do much better face to face then on the phone.....

Maybe your one of those people who talk more face o face. When I talk to my boyfriend on the phone I don't have to much to say but when were face to face I don't know when to shut up.

When things get quiet its time to hang up. You have ran out of things to talk about for that day. say goodbye.

no, there's time when i wish i would shut up! but if there's nothing to say right now, tell him you'll call him back later. it's not a phone conversation when you just listen to each other breath!!

i'm like that even with my boyfriend of 6months. it's just sometimes you don't have anything to say. at times like that you can say something random like, "HOw bout those apples?" or soooo....wutcha thinking bout. i find that usually brakes the ice.
