What are the best exercises for your stomache and thighs?

For your thighs- lunges and squats for muscle toning. Running/sports also builds thigh muscles! Swimming is actually the best workout for your abs and thighs- and its fun. Yoga is always good to sculpt your whole body. You can also do crunches- just make sure you do them right. I always just keep going until I feel like I'm really working my abs, and then do 10-15 more. Have fun!

Squats, lunges, crunches and whatever pelvic push (?) Billy Blanks does in his lower body workout (it REALLY helps tone the lower abdominals).
