I eat mozzarella most often. It's really an all purpose cheese! although my favorite cheese is pepperjack, it is to fatty to be eaten on a regular basis.

I love cheddar and eat it most often. I do like the pepperjack cheese, especially on a Subway sandwich.

Oh, yummy cheese! I could live on cheese and chocolate. Perhaps not for very long, but I would be so happy! Parmesan (real, not the weird dried fake stuff), blue, feta--especially nice tossed w/spinach and feta sausages and veggies over pasta!

I'm a lover of cheese curds {but the real good ones are from Que. so I don't get to have them}. My next favorite[s] are Havarti and marble cheddar.

I love regular old yellow cheese....second fav is pepperjack. I LOVE CHEESE! and lemon and gummy bears.
