During 2005 as many as 4 - 10- million illegal aliens crossed into the United States illegally.
The weren't punished for illegally entering the United States.

2. Not Paying your taxes is a Crime.
3. Working under the table is a Crime.
4. Identity Theft is a FELONY and not a victimless Crime.
5. No car insurance is a Crime!
6. Vagrancy is a Crime!
7. Driving without a Drivers License is a Crime!
8. Using stolen or fraudulent documents to vote is a Crime!
9. Using stolen or fraudulent documents to obtain a job is a Crime.
10. Using stolen or fraudulent documents to buy a house is a Crime.
11. Starting a business with stolen or fraudulent documentation is Crime!
12. Being an absconder is a Crime.
13. Putting your child in danger of the scorching heat of the desert without water or in the back of a semi-truck or in the trunk of a car, is called child endangerment and is a crime!
14. Illegal aliens don’t pay CHILD SUPPORT! Being a Dead Beat Dad is a Crime! If they aren't then why are Americans strapped with Welfare, WIC, Public Housing, Education, Medicaid for their children?

400,000 illegal aliens did not show up for court dates for their immigration hearings. Which made them “Absconders”, that is a Crime! Instead they just thumbed their noses at the American Court System and made a mockery of our laws! That’s a Crime!
If any American tried breaking any of these laws, they would find themselves in prison and have a huge fine to pay. Just using someone else’s social security card is a felony and punishable by 5 years in prison and a fine up to $ 250,000.00!

Why do you treat desperate immigrants with prejudice by calling them "illegal aliens". These are human beings you're talking about, not invaders from Mars. Maybe if the U.S. used it's some of it's might and majesty to help make life better for poor people around the world they wouldn't be putting their lives at risk to get here.

Yes. Can I get amnesty for robing a bank? A law is supposed to be a law right? Or should we pick and choose what to enforce? If I rob a bank that's justifiable if my family is starving. If liberals don't like a law they should try to change it not make excuses for it to be broken. Alas, that is what liberals are all about excuses.
They are "Illegals Aliens" not immigrants. Illegal. Law breakers. You people are so stupid. Let them take your tax dollars and not mine then you can call them purple oreos if you want.

you can thank liberal/democrats(rats) for that they have made it a crime against humanity for are law enforcement departments to enforce the laws of the u.s.,just because they need a new source of voters,due to the fact that most Americans are waking up to their American hating ways,and no longer follow their lead on anything,because they are always against Americans.

oh quit ur whining ...yes they do get punished and more ... a few months back a guy that worked where i do doing the floors for a couple of years got into a major car accident which led to him being deported .. most illegals have to walk a straight and narrow line ...if they get in trouble they are screwed so quit shoveling ur bullcrap ..

I took a written drivers test, there was a guy that couldn't speak
English the clerks there helped him pass the test. UNBELIEVABLE.
