Is alltel's my circle plan free for the people being called from other wireless companies?

I have verizon wireless, and i was wondering i would still be using my minutes by talking to people with this " my circle" plan.

no. the minutes still count against them.

Verizon doesn't know or care about the Alltel plan. They charge according to Verizon's plan.
