Try Neutrogena, Skin soothing eye tints. I'm a big Neutrogena fan, I like their cosmetics, body, and face products and it is affordable.
You will like the Skin soothing eye tints, it will enhance and cover the dark circles around your eyes.
You can read more about the product on Neutrogena's web site.
Dark circles around the eyes?
Most People Inherit the Tendency for Dark Circles
Black or dark circles under or around the eyes can be caused by many different factors. The following are the most common causes of those unattractive dark circles.
HEREDITY
Like varicose veins, dark circles under the eyes are usually an inherited trait. If you have dark circles, there is a good chance that others in your family also have them. The skin under the eye is very thin. When blood passes through the large veins close to the surface of the skin it can produce a bluish tint. The more transparent your skin, also an inherited trait, the darker the circles appear.
EXPOSURE TO THE SUN
Even in darker skinned people, exposure to sunlight, especially during the summer months, can cause a higher-than-normal level of skin pigmentation (melanin) under the eyes.

Regular skin care is required to maintain the area surrounding your eyes. Use a gel or a cream and rub it gently around the orbital bone. The orbital bone is the area that falls directly under the eye structure. Be careful not to rub harshly when you rub around the eye area. The harsh rubbing can only lead to more irritation.
Apply the cream to the skin and relax for sometime. If you have to put on a facemask, then soak the little cotton pads into the soap water and place it on the eyes when they are closed. Otherwise, you may use them around 2 cucumber slices to make your eyes cooler. In this way you can provide a pleasant feeling to your eyes. And you can get rid of your dark circles around your eyes quickly. Your skin will glow when these circles vanish.

I have really bad dark circles too.. you can actually see the veins under my eyes. And I hate it!
I've tried alot of the solutions suggested and it is obviously true that getting more sleep does help (cucumbers and cool eye masks are good too) but I find that a good concealer is the most important thing as it helps confidence and makes you worry less that people are staring.
My favourite is called "lyin' eyes" and it's made by Benefit cosmetics and comes in 3 different tints to match your colouring. They also do a good eye cream that lessens dark circles called "eyecon".
"Boi-ing", an 'industrial strength concealer', is also effective. I always get Benefit products from Sephora, but I think you can order tham on their website too.
I really recommend investing in a good concealer... it has really helped with my self-esteem.
Good luck! I hope I've been helpful x x

Others answering this question have good answers but getting older is a normal cause for dark circles. I do not know how old you are but if you are getting older some of this is pretty normal. Sometimes getting proper rest is a cause but there are some solutions but it doesn't seem anything really helps. Hiding them with concealer may help disguise them. A true solution is hard to find and sometimes we are lucky enough to figure it out. Sometimes there is no solution and we have to live with what we have. I would enventually believe you will have to live with this.

You normally get dark circles under your eyes when your body is suffering from lack of sleep. Try going to bed a little bit earlier and those horrendous circles shouold disappear. While waiting for them to vanish, be sure to drink plenty of water. You can also use consealer to hide them. Might I suggest using CoverBlend by Exuviance? Hope this helps!

Drink cranberry juice (not the watered down kind with added sugar), get 8 hours sleep a night, drink 2 litres of water a day, a healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruit and veg, don't smoke, exercise and I really think getting some proper fresh air in a proper park helps.
Don't bother trying to do it with a cheap fix like an expensive cream, any doctor will tell you that they don't work.
Good luck :)

You get dark circles with a little sleep and too much sleep. I mean if you sleep alot of sleep you probably get dark circles because of that but if you don't go to bed earlier and get enough sleep you might get dark circles under your eyes because of that as well so you need perfect amount of sleep.

http://www.darkcircles.net/remedy.html...
the link promotes its eye gel, but gives great information on dark circles and other forms to get rid of them.
Home remedies to remove dark circles under the eyes
Home remedies cannot remove dark circles permanently. At best, home remedies offer short-term, inexpensive solutions that can help you diminish dark circles when they're at their worst. Read more about the best home remedy for dark circles.
Home remedies cannot remove dark circles under the eyes. It's unfortunate but true: dark circles need more serious treatment. But there is something short of surgery you can do.
A collection of dark circles remedies so you can get help fast
Just about everyone knows a home remedy for dark circles. They're such a common complaint that dozens of different cultures, and everybody's grandmother, has their own favorite remedy for dark circles.
How well does your favorite remedy for dark circles work? Some are better than others. None are 100% effective, especially against the kind of serious dark circles that send you screaming from the mirror.
Nevertheless, home remedies for dark circles can be helpful - for instance, if you've run out of eye cream for dark circles and you need some help right away. Or while you're waiting for UPS to deliver your Dermalex order.
Best home remedy for dark circles
The most effective remedy for dark circles is also the most cliche. Thin slices of cucumber applied to your eyes not only helps to lighten the skin, but also soothes and cools the eyes. This can be especially comforting if you've been up late the night before or your eyes are red and tired from allergies or staring at a laptop screen.
Lay down on your back (because it's easier to balance the cucumber slices that way). Lay thin slices of cucumber on your eyes, making sure they have contact with the skin under the eyes. Leave them on for 5-10 minutes. It's a good idea to set your alarm clock if you're doing this early in the morning. Be careful not to get cucumber juice in your eyes.
Dermalex includes cucumber extract, which is a less messy and more effective way to get the same cooling, soothing benefits of cucumber slices. The benefits of our product also last much longer and help to strengthen the capillaries under the eyes, to prevent future dark circles from forming. Learn more about Dermalex.
Tea bags as a remedy for dark circles
The caffiene in tea bags acts as a remedy for dark circles by diminishing puffiness. Caffiene in tea helps to diminish water in the tissues around the eyes (you'll notice that many early eye circle creams contain caffiene for this very reason). In addition, tea contains antioxidants that are beneficial to the skin.
Take a used tea bag (green, black or white) that's been squeezed out. Make sure it's cool! Leave it over your eyes for about 10 minutes. You'll see a noticeable improvement in puffiness and under-eye circles. Be careful not to get tea in your eyes.
Herbal tea bags are not useful as a remedy for dark circles, except for chamomile tea. Chamomile is an anti-inflammatory that can help reduce swelling and puffiness.
The best remedy for dark circles under the eyes is a product specifically designed for that purpose. Dermalex makes use of the latest research and cutting-edge products to diminish dark circles within minutes of application. You don't need to raid your fridge or brew a cup of tea -- just apply Dermalex and see the difference. Learn more about Dermalex.

I am no expert on the subject, but I found this stuff at Walgreens called, "Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula" and I think it works great. I use it when I don't get enough sleep.
