If he does not notice you for who you are than go on to someone else you will never be happy if you have to act different around him just to have his approval.
Be more impressing by leaving him alone and stand up for who you are as a person and not someones puppet.
But if you like being that kind of person then find out every thing you can about him. Including the way he likes his girls to dress and start dressing that way. You could even start letting him make all the choice for you as well. If he like that kind of person since you are so willing to do what ever it take to get him.

It is quite obvious you are probably still in school, which there is nothing wrong with. It just makes the answer a little different. If you want a guy to notice you, dressing cute or whatever is only half the battle. The other half of the battle is getting him to speak to you. And to do that is very simple. Find out a hobby of his. Let's say he likes football. In that case, strike up a chat one day about what he thinks his favorite team's chances are of winning the championship. It's always good to have an icebreaker rather than just walking up with nothing to say.

buy clothes that accent your figure WITHOUT BEING SKIN TIGHT. YOU DO NOT WANT TO COME OFF AS DESPERATE OR SLUTTY!!!!!!!!!
if your much shorter than he wear low heels
if you have a small bust wear a padded bra but DONT STUFF!
