How do I break it up into body part work outs and days. How many days a week should i work out a muscle.

I used to do lower body one day and upper body the next day. I know there are other ways to work certain muscle groups, but I'm not sure how it's done. I recommend hiring a personal trainer to show you.

do pulling excorcises 1 day and pushing the next try working 2 parts at a time like bench pressing and shoulders 1 day and the next day do curls and back muscules get it

really you should only work it out once a week unless you are a professional and have all the time and money for supplememts and rest.
say monday you could do shoulders and triceps
wednesday- chest and biceps
friday- back and legs
