Hi, I've been reading some things but, I need a diet that can meet these requirements. Any diet is good as long as I don't starve to death or have to eat all day long.
It has to be sugarless, wheatless, and no dairy products are allowed.

give up bread and pasta and any kind of bread type products. eat lots of salads and fruit and stay away from fat on ur meats as much as possible. drink water or diet soda . eat small meals ,3 or 4 a day and find an exercise plan u like . walking, swimming, dancing and do them as often as time will allow. by the way that is a life style change and if u stick with it , it will keep u slim for life. good luck.

The sugar busters diet is a good one. Also the weight watchers diet is good. With these diets you can eat a variety of healthy foods and cheat sometimes. You have to think about a life style change in your eating habits. Healthy foods and smaller portions. Have veggies handy to munch on, and curb your appetite, because you can eat lot of these.. Veggies also give you something to chew on which help to satisfy graving. Try shredded cabbage with vinegar sprinkled over or some other veggie you like. Try walking each day or find a pool where you can do water aerobics, they are fun and easy.
