i look at myself 60 lb overweight and hate myself im only 14 and need to lose 60lb not how i wanna live alkways on a diet im 5'0 and 155 lb ish but i gotta lose it but itll just come back

Don't you hate yourself!!!!! You are so young, please give yourself a chance!

Try walking after school. Put on a Walkman with your favorite music and the time will fly by. (Please make sure you are in a safe environment, so you don't get kidnapped).

Just cut back on the bad stuff you eat, and try to eat lots of salads, veggies, fish, chicken. Nothing fried.

Don't worry about it too much, you are still growing taller and some of that weight will spread out naturally.

forget the diet, go for a walk to start with and make the walks longer every day. Stay away from the foods you know are bad for you and eat lots of the ones that are good for you. Work your *** off in gym class and stop skipping that class. Lose it now while you are young cause it only gets harder to lose it later. Join a TOPS club there are branches everywhere. Look it up on the net.

60 pounds seems awfully drastic. Your not that overweight and you don't need to lose 60 pounds. Excercise more and cut out the fried foods. I suggest not eating after 6:00 pm. Drink lots of water. I know it's hard but you have to get your mind right and just tell yourself you are going to do this. Don't beat yourself up about it because weight can be lost. Best of luck to you.

Please try not to go into depression,it will make it harder to stay away from eating more junk food.Try this,it may sound silly but this is very important,its a form of meditation...lay in bed before you go to sleep and say to yourself(you know,in your head,think to yourself rather)I love myself...I love myself...say it over and over again and force yourself to feel love for yourself.Keep doing this every night,and when another thought comes into your head let it go,do this for 5 mins and sooner or later work your way up to an hour.Dont worry about what negative things other people might say about you,keep concentrating.Love yourself,thats the first step to getting thinner,Eat veggys and fruit when you get hungy after meals and remember its genetics that make you want to eat more,you have less of a certain chemical in your brain then the magority of the population that tells you when to stop eating.Eat as slowly as posable becouse it takes awhile (in all people) about 20 min.s for your stomach to tell your brain when its full.Yeah your weight dose come back,but if you monitor it its possable to keep it off,just dont give up and good luck my friend.

Aw man, you're just a kid! When I was a fat kid, it was just that...being the fat kid. You get a tougher skin.

If you really don't want to be fat, watch what you eat. Play sports. Be active. Only you can be thin, but only if you really want to. If you lay around eating junk food feeling sorry for yourself, then be fat -- don't complain.

If you want to see changes, you have to make changes.

Good luck to you. Stop worrying and just do something. It really is just that easy.

You have to make lifestyle changes. Try the South Beach diet, eliminate the bad carbs. This diet is very easy to follow. but you must also exercise.

get a personal trainer and ask him/her to help out with it plus you are 14 you are just going through changes its normal
