I work for our local school district and that document is available via hardcopy and even in email format from our superintendents secretary. Call your local school district office and ask them to give you a copy, this is more accurate than going to a real estate agency. New homes and the such tend to require a redrawing of the school lines and the most accurate info will come from the school district itself.

Try your local school board office. Most have websites, so if you don't know where it is, you can search the name of the school district, and you should find it.
