The best is advice to be is to stay active, go to a chiropractor regularily, it will cause your hips to go out of place ,and could probally lead to leg issues

yes it does, because of your misaligned spine, ur gait will also change and when u dont use your normal muscles for walking they atrophy and it causes permanent damage....make sure after u are diagnosed that ur doc will refer u to a physical therapist....and after ur surgery...in ur spine, u should still continue with therapy on your legs to prevent irreversible gait change
