WAIT. Stop and think about this for a second. Are you going to say that the two of the biggest religions in the world are evil just because of the actions of the few? stop and think about this. Are all British bad because they used to have an empire? are all americans bad because they had slaves? Are all Germans bad because of Nazis? no. SO, let's just say that religious fanatics that refuse to allow others their own beliefs or those people that take things way to personally and extremely are bad for humans.

No, I can not agree to that. Islam has always been bad for the world, Christianity has not. Unfortunately many westerners are considered Christian just because they are not Jew or Muslim. But the vast majority of the western world is not Christian.

No. I am a Christian and I'm a pretty nice person. I don't cheat, lie, steal. I have my faults, but I try really hard not to be mean or nasty. I try to be loving and kind. I'm hard-working. I'm a pretty good mom. I have a great family. I'm loving. I really try hard not to judge people - lest I be judged.
My husband is a Muslim. He is one of the most moral, honest, hard-working, kind, ethical people I know.
So, I don't think you issue a blanket statement like that. Just my opinion, of course.

Religion gives people an excuse to do crazy things. I believe they can be good and bad depending on who you're referring to. I do agree that Christianity can be just as bad as Islam.

I think organized religion is good for some. It helps keep their priorities in check...if they feel they have something to live for then they may try to live a wholesome life. The bad thing is when they feel others MUST believe the way they do. I hate it being forced on me.

I used to wonder how it would come about that Christians would be persecuted and killed during the Great Tribulation spoken of in the Bible.
