Im shy about my weight and hate how girls are always saying theyre fat this and fat that...I dont want to be like this yet I want to drop the extra pounds....whats a "secret diet" so to say I could go on?

Eat nothing white.(Sugar,flour,etc,) Works great.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well. It's not like Atkins or something where you will have to ignore the breadsticks and push away everything on your plate but the steak.

a good diet to go on without people knowing that your on one is the zone diet. The way the diet works is it splits your plate into three pieces, so you treat your plate like a pie chart. Your plate should be filled with 60% carbs, 10%fat and 30% protein. They say that this combination revs the metabolism, and if you do it in a sneaky way, noone will know! ;)

the easiest way to not put on weight is to watch what u do eat. don't eat the ff's don't eat the desserts,try to stay away from real soda,drink water instead. stay away from the carbs,bread potatoes , pasta, etc. and try to b more active. walk more places if u can , dance more often and enter more activities if u have the time. u will put urself into a healthy life style that will stay with u for the rest of u life.And if ur friends should say something just fluff it off as a oh i 'm just not into it today and eventually they will think of it as normal old you. good luck.

Weight Watchers. You count points but can eat virtually any food you want. It would be quite easy to hide being on a diet because it would look like you are eating what everyone else is eating, you are just tracking how much. Good luck!

Eating only healthy foods, lean meat, fresh vegatables, no sugar, no white flour, no white pasta, no white rice, no potatoes. Just whole, natural food.

Cut out the sweets except for one day a week. When they're eating them, just say no thanks if they as you if you want some.
