I have been able to maintian a friendship with a few ex's. Most people I talk to though say it isn't possible. What do you think??

It 100% is possible!! I'm friends with almost all of my ex's and you can too. The first thing to remeber is that it takes effort.
Take it slow. Give him time and don't be to pushy. If you try and he pushes you away, it means he's just not ready.
Don't quiz him over and over about his current relationships. Seriously. If he wants advice, give it. But don't push it.

In ALL honestly, has any of those ex's ever tried to have sex with you again? If so...that is why people say that. Male's definition of friendship is different than a female's. I have yet to have an ex that wanted to be my "Friend" that at some point didn't try to use our friendship to get some. Even if it were a year later...at some point they all try again.

To stay friends with ex's is okay that's letting people know that your relationship didn't end wrong . But most of the people that tell you it's not possible have ended their relationships wrong.

Of course you can! But when a new love comes into your life they may not like the idea that your still close to your ex love. So i guess yes if your single and you have a relaxed chill partner and no ifyou partner doesnt like the idea.

actually yes if the two parties are mature enough to keep everything amongst themselves and not drag the world into it and other negative outside influences. and if they realize that it takes two and both of them made some kind of mistake or mistakes along the way and not chastize the other one for them. they tell me this is all possible , but it takes time, patience, courtesy, faith, and the willingness to want to try and be friends.

If you're both mature enough, and it didn't end on a super bad note, it's possible. My ex is one of my very best friends.

Yes.. it is possible, because you get to know very well about your boyfriends, and once they are your ex boyfriends, u feel easy and comfortable to talk to...
