I live in Wisconsin, and i usually dont take a shower that often during a cold blast when its below zero outside. It is because i dont want my skin to dry out. The combination of frigid air, and a hot shower dont mix well with my skin. During the cold blasts, i always use hand lotion to prevent my hands from drying out. Ever since i used Vaseline Intensive Care hand lotion, i will never go back to using dollar store hand lotion. The dollar store lotion dried my hands out, while Vaseline Intensive Care kept my hands from drying. Sometimes when watching the news, they will tell people to refrain from showering until the weather gets better.

well, i would suggest shower daily, but its interesting how ppl stay in shower for 15-30 minutes. Doctors recommend that one should take shower for only 5-9 minutes, because other wise the water in our skin tends to move to outer water... (Its a tough one, ask your biology professor)

I shower just as much as I always did... I've never had problems with BO anyways... but I still put on my deoderant. It's hot in my house, so I still do sweat.
