You can, but an eviction is a black mark because a landlord sees that on file you're a high risk renter because that tells them you didnt pay rent on time or missed payments too many times. Your co-signer on the lease is risking their credit and reputation to help you out so I suggest you get it together rent wise because you're a high risk renter if you have an eviction notice filed against you.

I really doubt. There are "some" nice landlords out there who might do it, but an evistion is a serious thing and it stays on your record.
