yeah he does it just in a relationship and trying to stay faithful but stay on the border and play without being called a cheater. he probably wants to date you but he can't cause he is in a relationship

why is he havin a tickle fight with you and chillen with you? he should be either doin that with his girl or break up with her to go out with you. did he "just hold you" becuz it sounds to me like he likes you but he just likes to be around you cuz ur fun to be around.
