Does lifting weights even make your punches stronger, or is punching bag all you need to train as a boxer?

lifting weights will make your punch alot stronger, but practicing will make it more accurate and faster. i would do both.

there is a shitload of crap to do.

heavy bag builds strength

speed bag builds speed and coordination

jump rope builds stamina and coordination

weights build strength
