Ok so there's this guy named cody that i like and he's in my neighborhood and rides my bus and well we were talking and he has known me for like 6 months and he asked for my name again and i laughed and said my name and then he said something in french and i said huh and he said doesn't that sound so nice and i said um idk what did you say and he said that i had a big head and i said excuse you and he said ok let me say it in a nice way and he said in french that i had a small head and i said why can't my head be a normal size and he laughed and said something else in french and he said that i have a big head on one side and a small on the other and i was like whatever and he didn't mean to say this out loud but he laughed and said I love you in french and i was like what does that meen and he said um um and then the guy on the right of him said it mean i love you and i was like all shocked and he was trying to cover it saying no i didnt mean that. Was he flirting or just being mean?

Yup, he was def. flirting.
Don't get worked up about him though. Wait for him to come to you, not vice versa. I don't mean play hard to get, just play it cool. Guys like these can be on the immature side and take a while to come around.

Sounds like he was flirting. Boys at this age haven't full developed their social skills yet. You have to cut them some slack.
