Yes, you are attractive. Have you ever thought about going a little lighter on the black eye makeup? You have really intense eyes, you really don't need all that makeup to draw attention to them.

The question is, Do YOU think you are pretty? Having a good self image can take you a long way in this world. Don't forget there is a fine line between having a great opinion of yourself, and thinking you are better than everybody else. There is nothing wrong with thinking you are attractive, just don't become conceited about it.
