As I Understand it Texas Fought for and WON there Independence from Mexico. YET we still have Mexicans claiming Texas belongs to them. Under this Logic. Wouldn't Mexico Still belong to Spain then? And the USA would Still belong to England. So why is it that Mexico still Claims to Own Texas, Arizona and California?

Well America used to belong to England, France, Spain, Russia, Mexico, Desiree, and various Native tribes. Technically according to the Treaty of Paris, the United States should own Canada. Of course Illegals should have rights, but not the same rights as a citizen or a legal alien.
