Is your ltter pan Clean? Cats are very particular about where they go to the bathroom and a dirty pan could cause them to go on the floor. If your sure its not the litter then you may need to visit the vet sometimes a urinary tract infection will also cause a cat to stop using his litter box in order to let you know he's not feeling well. As far as cleaning the urine try urine be gone available in large chain stores Target for one has it, Good luck!

First make sure the litter box is clean. Cats are fastidious creatures and will not go where it is dirty. The cat may not like your litter or where the box is. Make sure the box is in a quiet spot. What is good for the cat is sometimes not good for us.

The ONLY thing that will take the smell out of where a cat is urinated is the stuff you can get at a pet store or vet clinic. Not amonia. Not vinigar. Cats have a very good sense of smell. A person can scrub til the tile is raw, but a cat can still smell where he went and will keep on going there. I suggest the stuff at a vet clinic because it is stronger and more "bang for your buck"

If the cat keeps on peeing, you can also ask your vet about Feliway. Sometimes when cats keep on urinating, it becomes more than behavioural. A squirt gun doesnt work then. Feliway is a spray that humans cant smell, but it calms the cats. You can get a spray, or one that plugs into a wall like the new air freshners. After awhile they forget about what they were doing and are "normal" again. (assuming that you have cleaned where they urinated etc)

If your cat is not spayed or neutered then make sure and get that done, it should stop the peeing. Also make sure they have a clean and tidy litter box. I had a cat once who would only pee somewhere else if he thought the litter box was too dirty. As far as cleaning goes, go to a pet store. They have lots of stuff that will clean up the urine.

Try splashing a little ammonia in the litter box. Urine contains ammonia so when you put it in the litter box it gives them a smell to let them recognize the potty spot. If that doesn't work then you will need to probably get a good steam clean done on your carpet. They can smell those odors for a long time and the cat will associate the smell in those places for a place to go potty.

Animals will not use the bathroom where they eat. If the cat is going in the same place all the time, try moving the food to that area. Also if its always the same location, put aluminum foil in that spot...cats will not step on foil. Also like everyone says, keep the box clean. Also consider a trip to your vet, it could be a urinary tract infection.

OK. You say that you have used all kinds of cat cleaners. Have you tried the enzyme cleaners that you leave wet? I have 11 cats in the house and it works very well. You put it on and leave it wet for how long the bottle says (brands vary). If it stays wet, the enzymes in the cleaner will eat the smell away. I buy (pet stain and odor remover) at walmart by the half gallon. It is around $10.

How many cats/other animals do you have? They'll often pee everywhere if they are stressed about something, such as a new cat, or dogs, or some other change in their living situation.

if your cat dislikes water, which most of them do, get a spray bottle and spray them whenever this happens, and put them in the litter box. also, make sure your litter box is as clean as can be, make sure there is enough litter inside, and that it is big enough. also make sure it is easy to get to. cats are very picky when it comes to this. ;]
