I need the results to show she is not his, (she really is) but this is the only way I can see to protect her from him. He is violent and psychotic. He will destroy her life. Does anyone know if there is a way to falcify the results? The test will be taken in a lab.

i am sorry to hear this, but i dont think you can fake it, even if you did, you are agianst the law, at the end you might endup losting you child because you are not trust worty. you might be put behind the bars. stay out of the bar and fight for it, dont fight for it in the bar.

every child needs a father and mother. Imagine he was doing this to you, trying to keep you from your little angel....its not fair is it? Leave your differences from you and him behind, its about the baby now. Maybe he wont even get DNA test done cuz they are very expensive. If he does do it, then hell have to start paying child support (which is always a plus). Be greatful you found a man who actually wants to be in this girls life....many do not even care. A baby can grow up a lot of men. Be fair to him, if he wants to pay for the test and everything then let him in her life. If you really dont want him in her life, and want to be selfish about her, then move before the test is conducted. Hell have to go to where you are to test and everytime he wants to visit. But, as someone who has studied and worked in this field-a parent who keeps their child/children from the other parent will be resented by the child for this later in life. Every kid needs 2 parents....like I already said, leave your differences aside.

Refuse to allow the test...
Get some male friend to claim to be the father...
Your ex cannot simply "demand" a dna test and get one
whenever he wants from whomever he wants...
This is what Anna Nicole Smith and her lawyer Howard Stern
did when her creep boyfriend in New York started claiming
that her kid was his and that he wanted a DNA test...
Anna Nicole & Howard just claimed to be mother & father and that was the end of that....

flyers answer is wrong to say if you fear for your child its most likely a right fear, there is no way to fake dna its what makes you the best thing just stay away from him, restraining order, move if need be if this person is abusive there not going to care if its their daughter or some stranger they'll kill her, i think the least of your worries is that your daughter belongs to this person the important thing is to protect her.

There is no way to fake it, but if you take him to court for custody of the child, and your side makes a valid case pertaining to the mental instability of your ex, you should be able to win sole custody.

Nope unless you give thim someone elses DNA "which you can't"
The only other thing to do is prove that he is abusive and crazy to get custody but if he's so crazy won't he come anyway.

Every child needs a dad, if he is as bad as you say seek legal help and tell them how you feel and that you are scared he will hurt her. I am sure they will help you out in what ever way they can.
