Exactly like humans. Also, canine diabetes takes a second to human cancer. No one is trying too hard to cure it.

Don't get me wrong, I love dogs.

Can't be cured only managed. Diabetes is the same basic issue in all mammals- if they could cure it in one they could cure it in all.

Not cured but CAN be treated and they can go on to live a relavily normal life (just like humans)

Same as humans with the same treatment. My friend had a diabetic dog that she had to inject with insulin every day.

It can't be cured and will only get worse. However with proper management you can stop it from getting worse and stabilise the condition to prevent the related problems from developing.

my 10 year old dog has diabetes it cant go away unless theirs some type of miracle
