I like this guy, but he has turned out to pretty much be a jerk. But, his brother has been super nice to me lately. His brother has been talking to me, sitting by me and every one and awhile he accidently touches my hand or skin in some way. But, I like the guy who is kinda being a jerk, so I guess I have two guess. Should I give up on him and is his brother starting to like me?

if the guy you like is acting like a jerk, he probably is. The brother sounds like he likes you. if you like the brother, go for it. If not don't. Don't try to use the brother that likes you to make the other jealous. If you do, there will only be three people hurt when the truth comes out.

#1 should be dumped. No sense in keeping any trash around, you'd only draw flies. #2 could just be jerk 2 picking up on big bro's leavings. Is this a reoccurring theme? Do you really want to be in the #1's family circle? Could get ugly.
We all go thru liking the "jerk" at some point. Be glad that you've done it early and learn you lesson. Let time pass and if #2 is still coming around, then he might be worth a try.

Dump him. Jerks dont change and dont even consider the brother. If you do, the jerk stays in your life and will now have a reason to be a bigger jerk than you can imagine.

You should probably give up on a guy when you feel led to ask other people: "when should I give up on a guy?" That's a pretty good indicator. After all, just remember that dating is all about a process of elimination. Think of it like this...you're kind of "sampling" people to find out who's best for you...just as they are "sampling" you and others to find out who's best for them. If you're just in the dating or boyfriend stage and having all these problems and questioning whether you should be with him, then...it's not really worth spending more of your valuable time on.

i think you should tell the jerk how you feel and if that don't work go with his brother so that he can see what he is missing maby he will think twice about being a jerk

When there is no giving on his part!!!All women seem to like the bad guys!! The nice guys finish last! My advice, take the touchy feely gestures and run with it. Sounds like it could be damn passionate.
