1..in 60 seconds i did 17 sit ups is that good or not?

2.after i did sit ups and bicycled not with a bicycle just with our feet and also doing push ups why did I feel like I was going to throw up and why did I fall? I really did fall and no one said are u okay to me.

no offense but 17 sit ups in 60 sec is not good! ur body's probably not used 2 working out take it easy 4 a few days start out small like 10 sit ups a day and work ur way up

Your reaction to the exercise was that you pumped your heart too fast and that was not good yet depending on your age and your health status that is.The reactions received from your exercise was a warning. Others around you did not take you seriously cause they thought you was okay, not generous knowing how you felt, being an oversight on their part.

umm, well, im guessing your not in the best physical shape. Im a boy but can do about 40 sit ups in about 60 seconds. if you arnt, start exercizeing!!!

It looks like you were doing alot of exercises on the floor, and then you stood up to fast.

it sounds like the reason you fell was because you hadn't had enough oxygen in your muscles...so make sure that you drink LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of water and eat the right foods...also don't try to time yourself just practice...oh and i'm sorry you fell
