I have told cps and everything and it is now a court case. she is "punishing me" now for telling by not letting me see her daughter (my niece) who i really love. she has even turned some of my family and best friends away from me...what do i do? why is she doing this?

Your step sisters reaction to you taking this to court is the usual M.O. for sexual predators. They try to isolate you from loved ones and make threats to get you to retract your statements. She is afraid of the consequence for her behaviors and is going to make you pay for them. It's the old place the blame else where game. Stick to your statement and all will work itself out. Also, you may want to seek out some form of counseling for yourself. This may help you work through whatever other issues you may be experiencing from the abuse.

you what you can do is just go on with your life and if your step sister doesnt want let you see her kids well, then so be it, those kids will come around when she is older and maybe hate their mom for not letting you see her. Also if this is true the courts might take her daughter away from her.

If your family could turn their backs on you then they don't deserve you. your better than that. they are your family but if they don't act as if they were then turn your back on them and begin a true family of yours. One's that would never do such a thing. Sorry, about your past. hope everything goes well

Well as long as this is going you will probably not see her anymore. I know that seems harsh but what did you expect?
