okay try this my recipe
1/2 oz (15 g) fresh yeast
1/4 tablespoon of sugar
4fl oz (125ml) lukewarm water( to help yeast activate if its to cold it wont work same as if the waters to hot so LUKEWARM)
1/2lb (225 g) strong white flour or you can use stoneground etc depending on your taste.
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon plus two teaspoons of olive oil.

Put the yeast,sugar an two tablespoons of the water into a small bowl an mash the mixture with a fork to make a smooth paste.
set the bowl aside in a nice warm draught free place for about 15 minutes, or until the mixture is puffed up an frothy.

sift flour and salt into bowl and make a well in the centre
,pour in the yeast mixture the remaining water and the tablespoon of oil.mix the dough with your hands to it leaves the side of the bowl turn the dough out on a lightly floured board knead it for about ten minutes ,or its elastic an smooth.

RINSE , DRY AN lightly grease the mixing bowl shape the dough into a ball, cover the bowl an put it back in that warm draught free spot until the dough has doubled its bulk.

thats your dough, just turn out the dough on the work surface again an knead it for about three minutes devide the dough in half and shape each half into a ball Flatten by pressing down with the heal from your hand until it form a circle about 1/4 inch/1/2 cm thick brush the remaining dough with the remaing olive oil the pizza is now ready for the toppings
