If the overall bill is $15. I tip the cutter $3 and the Shampoo assistant $2.

I ushally tip a shampoo assistant three dollars. I think it's reasonable it's not like they need a big tip their just washing your hair.

Pay them something like 10 or less or you can pay your stylist extra and tell them to tip the assistant with extra money the second is my usual choice.
