I have no problem with it, but I would prefer to date a woman who does have a drink or two.

I am not saying I want to date an alcoholic who gets wasted every single night, but I do love to have a drink on a Friday night...
...So if a guy won't sip a good glass of wine with me, I don't see the point of going out at all, it'll be pretty boring!!!
Exception: if he won't drink for the reason that he *is* driving right after, then I totally agree and I am actually impressed by his maturity!!

I really can't stand guys who binge drink. There is nothing more unattractive then a drunk guy (well maybe a drunk girl). But it is also nice to go out with friends at bars and I find that my friends that don't drink, never want to go out. I would have no problem with a guy who didn't drink as long as he still wanted to go out.

I think one of two things...
1) He's a good guy who lives a healthy lifestyle and cares about his body.
2) He's a recovering alcoholic and if he has 1 drink he will go off the deep end.

then there is a good chance he won't get wasted and acidentlly sleep with someone else. Brownie points there. ALso there might not be that NEED to go out every weekend with the "boys" for a drink..non drinkers tend to get fed up with that sence very fast. I would like a man like that. He sounds grounded and mature...that is what I THINK!

Uhhhh...you might want to concider taking more english classes. You sound like a caveman talking.
I think it's pretty smart that a guy wouldn't drink. Guys (or girls)who do (as a minor) must be crazy to ruin themselves like that. It's way more attractive than a guy who does drink.

I just have one thing to say about drinking in general.......alcohol is the root of anger in almost every person who drinks it, I wish that it did not exist.

Good for you, i dont either. I'm not aposed to alchohol but i jsut dont bother to drink it. I have some sometimes but its not common. I know people who have family history and want to avoid it because of that. i say, thats great! good job!

i think its great that a guy wouldnt want to infest his body with alcohal. i cant say that i dont like to drink. but its great if a guy can turn it down
