ok, so im 13 yrs old and i'm rather underwieght... any ideas on how to gain enough wiegt for football? (plus to get bit of a belly for a bet i made with friends...)

I had that problem from 12-21. Now it's the reverse. I wish I had that problem again. But if you're a guy, work out and eat a lot!

Got to any nutrition/health store and buy some protein/bulk up shakes. Along with exercise, weight training and a diet high in protein you should be able to gain some size.

go and start living on taco bell u will gain weight like crazy then ur next question will be how can i loose weight
