I have a trip to Cancun and I would like to lose some pounds, any help?

- Excercise (running, sports anything active)
- Stay positive and post your goal on a paper and read it each morning.

In my opinion the best way to lose weight is to use portion control and sweets in moderation. Also you can eat smaller but frequent meals keeping your body fueled. Drink lots of water get at least 6 glasses in a day.

Of course you want to excerise even if all you can manage to do is go for a walk everyday. Some people who have desk jobs take a walk on their lunch hour to make sure they get some excerise in. You can also park further away when you go shopping forcing you walk a little extra.


I do not think that 20 pounds from now to January is unreasonable.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

The best way to lose the weight is to cut your fat intake.

Keep your diet high in vitamens. Eat small meals throughout the day instead of large sittings,

Exercise, exercise, exercise. Cardio will help you burn fat and muscle/strength training will built your muscle tone. try to start exercising atleast 4 times a week, go for walks or jogs. If you are dedicated to a diet/exercise routine then you will see results.

1-2 lbs a week is healthy eat fruits and veggies and have a healthy diet plan and get 20-30 minutes of exercise in at least 3 days a week

Try this in the morning.... jog for 15 seconds then run as fast as you can for 10 seconds, and alternate for as long as you can. It is a miracle worker.

Then cut your carbs back and don't eat right before bed.

Workout in the morning before you eat anything at all that way your body has fasted for 8hrs. or more overnight and you will be burning fat and not the breakfast you just ate. Good Luck and May God Bless You.

Get into some physical activity that spends more calories than you consume. Simple reality, but for some reason hard for people to accept.

jogging 5 miles every day and dont eat no cheese drink milk
