Unidentified Flying Objects - there are objects that fly that have not been identified.
Loch Ness? Who knows, there might be a larger than average species of water snake or some other creature - although the fact that it has never been caught leaves a lot of room for doubt.
Jesus? I hope you believe in Him for a lot more reason than it makes you happy. If that is the only reason why you believe in Him, then your belief is on fairly shaky ground my friend.
However I think you are trying to communicate something different by your question.

Look at the above answers: "Don't preach to me about it", "As long as it doesn't infringe upon the rights of others", oh that makes me sick!
First off, you're gonna believe what you're going to believe. I've never heard of a person being made happy because they believe in one thing or another. Content perhaps, but not happy. Second, if you really believe in Jesus Christ, then the UFO thing will eventually go away I believe. Who knows.

Hello asilos_ma... :)
People already do believe in UFOs and the Loch Ness monster..
As for myself, I believe in Jesus..not because He makes me happy, because I help others in need, to make them happy.. :)
In Jesus Most Precious Name..
With Love..In Christ.. :)

Ufo's exist. Loch Ness Monster exists. Jesus died a long time ago and his memory carries on.

You should not let anyone change your mind. But regarding Jesus, the bible has been proved as accurate throughout history. Its cities and times when past kings lived agree with archaeologist and other similar professions.. So gee,,,, If the bible states serious changes to the world,,,,and it states what kind of person as to what God requires of you in order to survive this future judgment, well you can be happy but since the bible has not been proved wrong, maybe it is something you ought to consider seriously rather than looking for green men from mars.

You are free to believe whatever you want to believe because of sacrifices made by followers of Jesus to make you free.
The social progress seen only in the West is solely because of Jesus. For a 'myth', He has had a very real and extraordinarily good effect upon the world!

Yes but when you want tax payers money to set up Nessie worship schools and try to influence gov't when passing legislation to consider your beliefs important then you need to be given a gentle shake.

Don't rely on what other people want you to believe in order for you to be happy. When it comes down to it in this world, you are all you've got, do what makes you happy.
