wait till their relationship is over dont try to get in the middle of it because that will make her mad once the relationship is over talk to her or if you cant wait then talk to her now and if she is not interested right now back off for a while good luck with her i have had to deal with the same problem but i flirted with him and then he chose me but i felt bad that i was the reason for their break up ....Love will find a way if it doesnt happen it was not ment to be anyway...

why u didn't take wat u wanted. i am in the same situation, i like this guy and he like me and he is not asking me out and i feel like if he doen't ask me out, i don't want to see him saying that i like her and now she has a bf. i mean why u didn't go out with her at first place.
next time take wat u want, playing around u will miss out.
