Highschool and college usually end fast?I started dating my guy the last year of highschool and now my second year of college feel that we have grown apart and have nothing in common.why does this happen to people who were so in love in the begining?

My bf and i are polar opposites me history major and buisness minor and have a part time job live in a dorm and him no job and college drop out living at home.

People grown up and mature. It's usually hard for people to keep relationships past highschool because you have responsibilties now and people take different steps into college, ect. There's always not much time for a relationship because you're going to get so busy. After college is when the real dating begins, anything before that is just playful games.

It's usually because people mature each in his or her own way. Your views change. So do your expectations of life. Sometimes you and your school love stay on the same station, but it's more likely that you'll go each your own way.
