If the cameras are on his property then it is legal.
People should not be doing things in public they don't want people to see or record.
The cops will tell your dad the same thing unless he somehow placed the cameras on your property or it is a place of business and he put them in the bathrooms.

Hey,if your next door neighbor has secrets cameras somewhere then your father is right to call the COPS becuase the neighbor will look at what you do,how you do,and when you have someone over he will be looking. So i think you should deal with your father calling the COPS.But first just talk with your problem to your dad.Goodluck

He can use his camera to take pictures if he wants. He may not look into other peoples windows with it, but if you make an appearance outside, or if you leave windows open he can view frominside his own place, you may be fair game.

Keep your blinds closed, and ignore him. What he's doing can only hurt you if you let it.
