Hello, I would definitely stay away from any packaged or bottled stuff. It may taste good, but usually has added chemicals, MSG, preservatives, etc...Keep it natural! The best way to make fajitas is to marinate the chicken (breast cut into strips) in:
1/3 cup Olive oil
juice of 1 fresh lime
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp mild chile powder (or ground ancho chile)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Toss with the chicken and leave in the fridge for 2 hours or as long as you can.
Drain the chicken and saute (very hot pan) in a little oil with fresh minced garlic, onion slices, red and green pepper slices.
serve with fresh warmed flour tortillas.
Yum!
(recipe is for approx. 1 lb chicken)

Most store bought fajita seasonings are yuck.
Try a bottled marinade for chicken, or use a bottle of Italian oil-vinegar and herb type salad dressing to which you might add--
ground cumin
chopped cilantro
diced jalapenos
or even the canned peppers in adobo sauce, (USE SPARINGLY)
marinate for an hour to 4 hours, then cook over coals on a grill. Slice into strips AFTER cooking. if you cut them before you end up cooking in a skillet and they end up simmering in their own juices rather than grilling up nice.

go to the supermarket and you will find either McCormick's, Durkees, or French's fajita seasoning (it is a small package of dry seasoning located near the beef stew mix, au jus mix, gravy dry mix, etc. follow the directions on the package. it is easy and good!

Just make it yourself.... add some cumin, some paprika, some red/habanero peper, some salt, some pepper... just flavor it to taste. You can even add a little lemon/lime juice.

In addition to the above, you can buy bottled marinade. Most are very good.
