I am a young, educated black female. Attractive and goal oriented..... I use to talk junk to my brother for making the comment that he will never date another black girl again! But, I have been in all long term relationships, and all have been with black men and I am so fed up with the bullsh*t! I am not stereotyping at all because I know that doesn't mean all black men are the same but, now I can see why people go to dating outside of their race. I want me a white or hispanic man so bad! I am moving to OH soon and I am going to be on the hunt! Black, Beautiful and Educated....... Sorry to all my brotha's:(

Girl you need to date whoever you want and not let anyone stand in your way!

My husband and I have been married for 5 years this year. He is Native American Indian and I am white (very white!) we have had alot racial problems. I even had a Therapist tell me that my husband was going to beat me because that's what Native Americans do to there wive's! That was the last time I saw her!

I think that if more people opened there minds then we wouldnt have so many probs with divorce. Just dont let people's closed minded opions get to ya! and good luck on finding the right man.

Interracial dating is just like regular dating, if you have the chemisty and the love then who really cares. I am a white female and I dated a black guy, we got looks and stares from people but it is much more open about it and hey if it works then who cares what anyone else will think.. I say Go For It!!!!

It all depends on the guy! I am dating a black man for about 5 months now. He is the best man I had ever met!

I read your question and at first thought how sad that in the 21st century a young woman felt the need to have such shallow considerations. Then I remembered that you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you meet the handsome prince and in most cases you would do better to keep the talking frog.........No matter what colour he is.

I see no problems with interracial dating, just remember bull**** comes from all races of men, but I guess you have a better chance of finding a good man if you don't limit yourself to only those of one race.

You go girl! Stay strong and don't worry about those close minded bigots. I am an educated white man and my beautiful girlfriend is black.

I think there is nothing wrong with interracial dating. Its just the color of your skin, just like age is just a number. There's no reason you should have to date someone of your own race. If you want to find someone outside your race, thats your choice. But always remember its just color!

I think we all feel the same about each of our races! You do what makes you happy cause life is too short to be unhappy. I don't think there is anything wrong with it...you go girl!! Good luck...I'm hispanic and I LOVE MY MEN!! :)

I think if you like someone color should be the last thing you should consider before dating them. There are a lot of other things to take in about a person before you date them and the color of their skin is not what hurts you it is the person that can.

I don't think love has a color and if you're beautiful and educated, regardless of whether or not you're black, you have more than enough for any man. Bless you for being open-minded!
