With a car that new, most likely you are going to have to get one from a dealer. You may get lucky and find a wrecked car in a scrapyard, but the odds are against you.

Unless the problem was caused by something you did (accident or mistake installing an electronic item like a stereo, you may be able to have the repair done under warranty!
