The reason I asked because it contains alot of sodium and potassium.

Of course it is healthier to eat a balance of different veggies throughout the day, V8 is full of antioxidants and is healthier than eating no veggies.

I think you pretty much nailed it. If your only concern is metabolic, then it's great- tons of vitamins, minerals and essential tissue-building elements. But if you need to watch your cholesteral, blood pressure and carb intake, then all the sodium would make it a poor choice. Same principle with Sobe teas & juices; great source of energy and anti-oxidants, but if you're worried about sugars and simple carbs, then stay away from it.

im sure its a lot better than drinking soda......though i like to buy all natural no preservatives or sugar added juices, like cranberry or apple and a new one(tho its expensive) is pomegranate juice. I like V8 Fushion though...sometimes instead of those straight up juices and water you need something with tang..then comes V8 Fushion lol

yes...they also have a low sodium V8..it still tastes good.

You could do a lot worse. If you're on a restricted diet for the aforementioned then it follows you should look for a substitute.
